OK so i got me some new rims (EASTON HAVOC) got it all set up with some new tires and looks amazing. :D
I know that my bike has been sitting since last October  and that i should do a once over on all parts. So i went to check the rear shock, its still good, and then i went to check the front shock and when i went to screw on the shock pump about half way through threading it on there it started to spit (for lack of a better word) grease out of the air valve it was lower air valve if that makes a difference.i would say that it was not that much cleaned it up and finished screwing it on, it still had the correct PSI in it and it still took air when i pumped it(check to make sure that it could). i have been all over the net looking and cant find what im looking for so i come to you all and ask for you assistance and expertise to tell me how big of a deal if at all it is, and what to do to fix it.
thx and as soon as the rain stops ill be back on the trails slowing you all up.

Sounds remotely familiar, but if you don't get an answer here (you'll probably want to hear from Mark on this), then take it to Beebe at Outdoor Rec...he can give it a good once-over for you to make sure everything is good to go.

It's all good bro, next time you add, check, or let out air just cycle the fork or shock a few times. It's just all the lube caught up in one place in the air chamber.

Congrats on the rims, the Easton Havocs are some good hoops!
